Prior to forming Evanco Realty Advisors in 1993, Craig held various higher-level positions of responsibility with CB Richard Ellis (formerly CB Commercial and Coldwell Banker Commercial and now CBRE) in both property management and commercial brokerage over a successful 19 year time period working with institutional and private clients.

While with CB Richard Ellis, he was directly responsible for one of the largest property management portfolios in the late 1970’s. Craig then transitioned into the commercial brokerage division where he leased and sold shopping center investment properties earning the title of Associate Vice President by consistently being one of the top ten producers within the southwest region encompassing four states.

In 1984 and 1985 Craig was the top retail broker in this region. After which time, he was appointed Vice President Regional Manager of the Major Buildings Division that was responsible for the marketing, value enhancement, and management of over five million sq ft of major high-rise office buildings.

Craig received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from San Diego State University. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker within the State of California and has taught real estate extension courses at the University of California, San Diego. Craig has been involved in many professional and community organizations over the years such as the Institute of Real Estate Management, Rotary International, the Urban Land Institute, Lambda Alpha, and the S.D.S.U. Alumni Organization.
