Celebrating Excellence: Joey and Brayden Win The 2026 Golden Award

Each year, The Golden Award is given to the individual voted by the entire office who has made the most meaningful contributions to the company throughout the year. This year was especially unique, as the award was presented to two recipients for their shared collaboration and impact.

Congratulations to Joey and Brayden, this year’s Golden Award winners.

Over the past year, they worked together to introduce new ideas and improve internal workflows that have made a lasting impact on the company. Their efforts included fully automating the invoicing process, creating a faster and more efficient payables system, and transitioning the repair and maintenance division from paper-based tracking toa fully digital workflow.

In addition, they helped convert the company’s paper filing systems into a more organized digital platform, allowing tenant information — including both current and past tenants — to be stored in one centralized location. This new system improves accessibility, organization, and transparency, making it possible for the team to securely access important records from anywhere with an internet connection.
